Wise Owl Plus LLC provides residential and commercial pest control services, including rodent removal, termite control, pest control insulation, and related treatments, throughout the Tampa Bay area and surrounding cities.

The specific scope of any service — including the pests covered, treatment methods, and number of visits — will be described in your individual estimate or service agreement.

We offer free inspections and estimates. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs. We will make reasonable efforts to schedule and complete service at the agreed time, but appointment windows may be affected by weather, access issues, or factors outside our control.

To allow us to perform services safely and effectively, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and pest concerns, ensure reasonable access to the areas needing treatment, and follow any preparation or post-treatment instructions we provide. Failure to follow instructions may affect the results of the treatment.

Payment is due as stated in your estimate or service agreement. For recurring or maintenance plans, you authorize us to bill according to the agreed schedule. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service.

We stand behind our work. If covered pests return within the period stated in your service agreement, we will return to re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge, subject to the terms of that agreement. Specific guarantee terms vary by service and will be outlined in your agreement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms for recurring plans, if any, will be set out in your service agreement.
